Steps to reproduce:

Display size < 480px
Open mozillians.org Homepage without login



Actual results:

Number of rows is just 2 and it looks awkward.


Expected results:

Increase the number of rows of the mosaic so that it fills up the whole top layer.
Modify homepage.js!
