Steps to reproduce:

Sometimes bookmark icon is not active (not clickable, light blue). I'm not sure how to reproduce this, it happens only sometimes after Firefox restart. Refresh of the website allways help.

Im using bookmarked site as new tab.

"bookmarked site as new tab" - is this an add-on of sorts? Does it happen without the add-on installed?

Yes I do use Speed Dial add-on, I wanted to try it with this add-on disabled but default new tab cannot be bookmarked.

This is what happens when I tried and I think its working as intended http://fii.cz/pmhubmg

I have no way how to test if its add-on related or not and my knowledge is not enough to cut it.

I am not sure but maybe related Bug 1014615, the light blue icon is not clickable.
