Steps to reproduce:

I'd like to get frecency sorting out of the places SDK modules (and tags and annotations seemed easy enough to add at the same time as well).



Expected results:

I made a pull request at https://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk/pull/1518#js-flash-container which I think should do the trick.

Because of the difficulty finding mentors and the expected life span of the SDK, we are removing [good first bug] from remaining SDK bugs.
