They should get a confirmation page and then be auto-forwarded to https://party.webmaker.org

A few notes:
- People who sign up on this page will have the source 20140620_snippettest_MPlandingpageTEST01
- People who sign up on the page will automatically be put in the group June 2014 snippet test - MP landing page (a group that we just created)
- The checkbox on the page is the option for email opt-in
- There is currently an autoresponder set up, although only with placeholder text.

Hi guys, BSD does all this automatically. To see exactly how it works, just sign up with your email at mozilla.org. The form is on the page, then once submitted, the BSD tool takes on the confirmation sequence. (We don't need to build it). So we just need to create the form with a single "enter email" field, and plug BSD into that to do the rest.
