Currently the new system makes easier for the council to vote, yet since there is a timer on how much time you have to make your vote it feels like we are hurried to make those votes, i have experienced a case for a budget that wasnt clear on their purpose and i voted NO for it, then after discussing for a while with the Rep he make clear points that didnt post before, and i would have wanted to change my vote to YES but the new system doesnt allow me to change my vote once submited.
