put some html code out of   <html> </html>


Actual results:

no erreur


Expected results:

an erreur "code should be put between the <html>   </html>"

under HTML5 rules this is actually just fine, so this isn't actually an error, just "you may want to clean up your HTML", but that's a matter of good taste and working off of tutorials that teach you good HTML style.
