Details

Environment: 
Device: Motorola Razr (Android 4.0.4);
Build: Nightly 33.0a1 (2014-06-23);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to about:devices;
2. Fill the IP address field with Roku's valid IP address;
3. Tap on the 'Connect manually' button.

Expected result:
The Roku device is successfully connected.

Actual result:
Nothing happens.

Notes:
The following log is outputted in logcat when I tap on the 'Connect manually' button:
