We'll need some locale switcher (and probably locale) support for Android's own RTL development locales, and to display these ourselves in the locale picker.

Is it still required, now that we are having RTL languages in beta and soon on the release channel?

Please note that Android does provide a feature similar to ForceRTL in the Settings-Developers menu.
