Hi, I’ve just translated the new strings for the German Manifesto page, and there seems to be an untranslatable string, namely „Our plans and pledge“ just above the newsletter heading, see <https://www-demo4.allizom.org/de/about/manifesto/>.

This string does not appear in the manifesto.lang, I guess that’s why it’s untranslatable. I assume the problem also applies to other locales.
Actually this string has been removed from the template (but the change has not been reflected on the demo server yet), see Bug 1016500 Comment 21
