Description:
When tapping to zoom and rotating the device the Gallery image can overlap the same image.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140625000201
2) Open Gallery app
3) Select a picture
4) While rotating the device quickly tap to zoom multiple times

Actual:
The image overlaps the same image.

Expected:
The image does not overlap the image after rotating and zooming.
