Steps to reproduce:

To to go https://moztrap.allizom.org staging site
Create a test case
Enter the required details such as Name and Product
Enter the instruction in Introuction 1 text box. For eg, Open the site and press enter key
Move to next instruction box and enter instruction
Click save button 


Actual results:

Pressed enter in the Instruction 1 textbox creates misalignment.  


Expected results:

Instruction text box should not respond to enter key
OS: All → Windows 7
Hardware: All → x86
Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
