First working version. Got a bunch of errors before having this working. I'll touch a bit the patch more before requesting review.

Borja, this is the call progress helper object we need to add to join any call to the call progress protocol implemented by the loop server. Could you have a look please? I'll attach a branch in which I'll let you know how to use this helper in the final app.
