Description:
When a user launches the First Time User Experience (FTE) and navigates to the 'Geolocation' page, the 'Enable Geolocation' text is cutoff by the 'Notice' text.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140630000201
2) Launch the FTE.
3) Navigate to the 'Geolocation' page.
4) Observe the 'Enable Geolocation' text at the top of the screen.

Actual:
The  'Enable Geolocation' text is cutoff by the 'Notice' text.
Expected:
The 'Enable Geolocation' text displays without being cutoff by the 'Notice' text.
