1. follow steps here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/User_Services/Try_FMD to sign in and enable FMD.
2. goto fmd.stage.mozaws.net to find phone

actual: phone says:
07-02 09:59:32.476 I/GeckoDump( 1114): [findmydevice] findmydevice got push notification!
07-02 10:00:32.476 I/GeckoDump( 1114): [findmydevice] findmydevice got push notification!

web app never receives lat/long from client.
it's working again! server may have been restarted
