Description:
When users are in Tamil language, the header "Create Ringtone" displays truncated when users select a track to create a new ringtone.

Setup 
Settings > Language> ta - Tamil 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140702000201
2) Add multiple music files to the device
3) Select Settings> Sound> Manage Ringtones> "+" on the upper right corner to add ringtone> Select a track> Select checkmark on the top right corner
4) Observe header of "Create Ringtone" displays truncated

Actual:
Header for "Create Ringtone" displays truncated
Expected:
Header displays correctly without truncation

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4 as the Tamil language was not available in 1.4.
