"Margin" column should be relabelled as "Breakpoints"

Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the javascript debugger.
2. Click the column picker for the part of the window containing the source 
code of your page.

Result: One of the columns has the vague label "margin".

Expected: The column should be labelled "breakpoints".
a. the column headers probably won't be there for long.
b. the margin column will eventually show more than breakpoints.

I'll leave this open for now, but once things progress, it'll probably become
invalid.

The margin column displays code ticks as well as breakpoints/future breakpoints.
