Please go to https://login.mozilla.com/ and download the certificate bundle, which includes a personalized certificate and an OpenVPN configuration file that can be imported into a VPN client.

This is issue is that I am not able to sign into login.mozilla.com. I need to reset my password.
I've reset the password. Please log into https://passwordreset.mozilla.org/ and change the password, then use it to log into https://login.mozilla.com/.
