User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140605174243 Steps to reproduce: Visit a page that is in dark color: http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=700305&page=4 Browser in fullscreen mode, important. So you have no bright color reference to the right. Actual results: It is hard to see were how far you scrolled on the page, because the scrollbar colors are very low in contrast. The moving part is hard to see at a glance. Expected results: The moving part of the scrollbar painted in a sligtly darker color.

Summary: Scrollbar should have dark styling in Windows dark mode → Scrollbar has low contrast, on dark pages
6 years later the scrollbar has still way to little contrast, even on bright webpages.
This is a big accessibility problem.
