Description:
The text for the Edge Swipe Navigation switch in the Navigation setting is truncated in the Russian language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140707000200 and set the device language to Russian.
2) Launch the Settings app then select Navigation in the Personalization section.
3) Observe the text next to the Edge Swipe Navigation switch.

Actual:
The text of the Edge Swipe Navigation switch.

Expected:
The entire text of the Edge Swipe Navigation switch is shown with no errors.

The Navigation setting does not exist on Flame 1.4
