Add automated test for shortcuts related to history interactions:

* Ctrl + H - History sidebar
* Ctrl + Shift + H - Library window (History)
* Ctrl + Shift + Del - Clear Recent History

Manu, sorry that you haven't gotten a reply from the mentors of this bug. Meanwhile we are in a transition to a new test suite. So this would have to be implemented in Python instead. Also the shortcut as listed here require certain libraries or methods to be implemented. So it's not an easy task anymore.

That's why I won't put it up as a mentored bug for now.

No more progress in the last 2 years, so I assume it's not really needed anymore. Also Firefox ui tests will go away soon via bug 1573410.
