"Correctness" includes any malfunction not in another category (e.g. "Find
dialog is broken.") The work in this category will mostly be done when we are
getting close to the wire.

As authorized by Gerv on 2001-12-10, adding dependencies on trademark/license 
bugs which could make distribution of Mozilla illegal.
