steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/search?q=%3Apaid
2. Notice that all apps are set to "Unavailable"
3. Check the api request: https://marketplace-altdev-cdn.allizom.org/api/v1/fireplace/search/?cache=1&full_q=%3Apaid&lang=en-US&limit=25&premium_types=premium&q=&region=es&vary=0

observed behavior:
why is stage pointing to marketplace-altdev?
also, all prices are set to "null" which is why they show up as "Unavailable"
This blocks all payments testing btw
