[B2G][Settings] Signing into Firefox Account does not sign users into Marketplace

Description:
When users sign into their Firefox Account via the Firefox Accounts page within Settings, upon entering the Marketplace app, users will observe they are not signed into their Firefox Account. This is also true if users sign into their Firefox account via the Marketplace, user will observe they are not signed into their Firefox Account within settings.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140708000322
2) Set Flame to 273mb and reboot device
3) Navigate to Settings> Firefox Accounts> Log into an account
4) Navigate to the Homescreen> Marketplace> Settings
5) Observe users are not signed into their account

Actual:
USers are not signed into their Firefox Account within Marketplace if the user signs in to their account via the Firefox Accounts within Settings.
Expected:
Signing into Firefox Account within Settings, signs users into Marketplace

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.1 (273mb), Flame 2.0 (512mb), Buri 2.1, Buri 2.0

Actual: After signing into a Firefox Account, the Firefox Accounts page within Settings displays "Marketplace" and "Find My Device" however they are not functional buttons.

I am unable to test this issue as Firefox Accounts page within Settings is not present on 1.4.

This is invalid. Marketplace currently uses persona, not firefox accounts.
