User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140605174243 Steps to reproduce: Contacted bank re error code 6 and was told by tech. section that the online banking was not supported. Using partners firefox which had not been updated access was given. Explorer also affected Actual results: Bank centre said that there was no problem at there end and that the fault should rectify itself in due course which it did on first occurence (10/06/2014) but not this second time. Expected results: access to online banking as previously
