When I log in to Netscape's Webmail, the left frame is displayed in a strange way. I can't explain that with words but take a look at http://www.datanetworks.ch/~beans/mozilla/webmail.jpg and you'll see, what I mean. The crazy thing is that I can't scroll this frame! But if I load another page after having logged in Webmail and I click on the back button, the left frame is finally displayed correctly... I'm using the Mozilla build: 1999071417

I'm using M9 on WinNT4, and I see no problem with the left frame. (Other than the animated gifs disappearing, but that is most likely another bug. Investigating further.) Marking fixed. Original reporter, please reopen if you disagree.

I am unable to access the framed section of the site at this time. I am using the 19990830 build and checked it on win95, mac and linux

The framed section is OK on my 1999090311 Win32 build.
