It looks like the boot disk of foopy101.p9.releng.scl3.mozilla.com may have been a casualty of the move from scl1. When I went to reimage it, it was complaining about a damaged disk, and the imaging process hangs on trying to create new partitions.
colo-trip: --- → scl3
I ran WD diagnostics and it found error code 0223 = (Errors found, but have been repaired successfully. There were media errors that were within the repair capabilities of diagnostic utility. The drive should now be defect free.)

I could reimage the node again or do you want to proceed with the RMA?
results from running WD diagnostics
I guess we can reimage and put it back in service, but if we see any more errors, re RMA the disk.
Host has been reimaged.
