Details

STR:
1. Flash new image, or do phone reset
2. FTU started, go to Date & Time panel
3. Tap on region, select "Asia" for instance

Observed:
The region does not show "Asia" until user selects a Country / City.

Expected:
The region shall update once user selects it, and shows default Country / City beneath
