1039556 - problems while loading new messages from newsgroups with slow connection

Steps to reproduce:

I started loading new postings of newsgroups from newsserver


Actual results:

because of my lowspeed connection (64Kbs) with surfstick the connection sometimes fails after loading just a part of all the new messages to load ( e.g. 50loaded 100left)
a message in Thunderbird pops up with text saying the connection failed.
though I have the feeling all the already loaded messages won't appear in message list
and after new start of download it shows up only the number left from previous load


Expected results:

I've expected that I see in messagelist that this part of postings from newsgroup are inserted - I have no possibility to check if this part of messages was added to the threads or not - it looks like this didn't happen.
