The mochitests currently running on fig are in-process tests, the same as on desktop Firefox.  We also want to run OOP tests.  I think we want to run these in a Gaia context, as we do for b2gdeskop, rather than in the e10s context we use for OOP tests in desktop firefox.

This means making sure that the b2gdesktop mochitest runner works with mulet, then scheduling the tests on fig, and greening them up.
