Details

1. Open Contacts app
2. Tap Memory card
3. Note the screen displays the following message: Could not import contacts from Memory card

Actual result: The contacts cannot be imported
Expected results: The contacts should be imported
I found the above issue in my FFOS tablet using the latest 2.1 stable build

I did an import a few weeks ago and it worked.
I did it again right now with build id 20140923012802 (version 2.2.0.0-prerelease), and it worked too.
Could you try again with a recent build?
After you disabled USB storage, did you unplug the tablet?
Gabriela, I tested again with build of 2014-10-25 and it worked again on my tablet.
I close this issue as worksforme, but feel free to reopen it if your reproduce the problem
