Steps to reproduce:

I am trying to change my account's email address to contact@rudloff.pro. But I have an old account with that address. So I changed that old account's address to one of my other addresses.

But when I try to change my current account's address, I still get this error:
There is already an account with the login name contact@rudloff.pro.
This was probably timeout related. The user hasn't been active recently, if they still had this problem the bug can be re-opened.
