specifically, move the mouse from the right over all of the icons; on mine the
"View all Jobs" icon moves one pixel to the right once the mouse has gone over
it for the first time.

Actual Results:  image moves a pixel to the right

Expected Results:  shouldn't move
wfm with win2k build 200101010..
wfm. WINME build 2001101103. Try the latest nightlie and see if it still moves.
Marking wfm in the Oct 30th build.
