When the QAs happening in bug 1018200 and bug 1041598 are finished, please deploy telemetry-experiments to production. revision ebe5b46e05e2 should be tagged with release_tag.

This will deploy the experiments:
bug 1018200 - Run an experiment in 32 beta to determine the best value for dom.ipc.plugins.unloadTimeoutSecs 
bug 1035333 - Translation experiment in 32 beta for vi/pl/tr locales

The two experiments have approval from Lawrence and Chad.
Wait for push until Kamil clears the needinfo with a GO from QA.

Finished QA on both bug #1018200 and bug #1035333 and found no issues that would block deployment.

as requested, i have pushed the release_tag to production. i also went ahead and submitted purge requests at our CDNs, so the content should be available shortly.

Went through the following verification using the following build(s):

- Checked https://telemetry-experiment.cdn.mozilla.net/ and ensured that the experiments are being listed
- Checked https://telemetry-experiment.cdn.mozilla.net/firefox-manifest.json and ensured all the values are correct
- Ensured that both experiments are being installed including pl, tr and vi for the translation experiment

Tried downloading the experiment on en-GB, ff, nb-NO and received the following errors:
