The open web location box is not cleared of its last accessed web address when
the clear location box is activated.  Although the drop down boxes are cleared.
 In additon, if auto completion is enabled, the auto completion list is also not
properly cleared. The clear location button should either clear both lists,
completely, or an additional clear auto completion list button added. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.type url address in web location box
2.after accessing web location, access another location through the box
3.clear history, disk cache, memory, and location
 

Actual Results:  last accessed web location remained in the open web location
box, if auto  completion is enabled, both url's are visible the next time you
type an address that has either of the first two addresses letters.

Expected Results:  should clear all locations and auto completion lists
