I caught this from the c|net WinAmp installer. Silently side-installed. Bypasses the `foreignInstall` flag. Nearly all instances in the wild are enabled, so I think it's safe to assume they're all similar silent installs.

Still getting this with the c|net Media Player Codec Pack installer. Still bypasses opt-in screen and foreign install flag. Hijacks the search engine to something called Trovi, which is a rebranded Bing.
