steps to reproduce:
1. On your flame device, launch marketplace stage
2. Start the purchase of a paid app
3. Sign in using persona
4. Enter PIN
5. In the credit card screen, click on 'Pay on your mobile phone bill' link
6. In the MT auth screen, try to change the region from US to something else


expected behavior:
Region dropdown loads a list of countries which the user can select

actual behavior:
Region dropdown doesn't work

NOTE: works fine on my hamachi device which is running 1.3

I don't think this a big deal Keir should worry about. The drop downs work on every device other than the crazy nightly builds of 2.1. Let's see if platform fixes its issues soon.

Based on the recently announced future plans for the Marketplace to remove payments, closing these bugs.
