1044229 - Ensure web activities work as a packaged app

Yulelog has some code to set up the web activities. Once we are a real packaged app, the web activities should work. 

You can see some of this is here:

This bug is to check that web activities work as expected:

If they do, this is a simple bug to close. If not, there might be more to do here.

STQA:

* Flash device.
* Install marketplace-certs
* Remove pre-installed stage marketplace app
* Open marketplace.allizom.org from the browser
* Search for marketplace
* Install Stage (note be sure to pick the one that isn't for tarako)
* Open stage - check it's packaged (there should be a packaged version in :debug)
* close the app
* Open http://yakshavings.co.uk/test-activities.html with the browser
* Click an activity 
* Should prompt you to open in a chosen marketplace app. Chose stage
* The activity should work in the packaged stage app
* Rinse and repeat.

Note - the review activity only works if you're logged in. This is not in the scope for this bug - I'll file a separate bug for this issue.

Verified as fixed in 1.3

This is not working on 1.1 , but after talking with Stuart, we agreed that I will open a new one for this particular case.
