 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 click rtsp link which is highlight in push message,it can not open the browser and step into the page
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.send the push message with  RTSP link to the phone
 2.open the push message,and click the link
 3.the link is highlight,but it will not open the Browser and step into Page->ko 
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 ko1: if the phone support RTSP,please open the browser and step into Page
        if the phone do not support RTSP,please receive it by sms
