1045007 - Escape button works only one time when closing the delist/delete app pop up window

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open marketplace Dev hub
2. Click on "My submission" link to open the list of apps: https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/submissions
3. Click on "status" of any app
4. Click on the "Delist" button
5. Press the escape button to close the pop window
6. Click on the "Delist" button again
7. Press the escape button

Expected results:
The pop up window is closed

Actual results:
On the second press of the escape button nothing happens. This message is displayed in the console: KeyboardEvent.key value "Esc" is obsolete and will be renamed to "Escape". For more help https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/KeyboardEvent.key

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF34 (Win7) This issue can be reproduced in -dev, stage and production.
