What problems would this solve?

With our new allauth system, we separated the concepts of Persona accounts and email accounts.

This created a couple problems with our accounts:

1. If a user adds a 2nd email address to their MDN account, they expect to be able to sign in to MDN with that email address via Persona.

2. If a user adds a 2nd Persona account to their MDN account, they expect it to be automatically added to their MDN account emails. 

Who would use this?

MDN registered users; particularly those with multiple emails and/or multiple Persona accounts.

What would users see?
=====================
A streamlined "Edit Profile" page that clearly shows the user that emails and Persona accounts are two distinct concepts.

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

Users would add an email address to their MDN account, and understand that it doesn't automatically enable Persona authentication for that email address.

Users would add another Persona account to their MDN account, and understand that it doesn't automatically add the Persona email to their MDN emails. (e.g., for notifications)

Is there anything else we should know?

We may end up automating some of the connections between Persona & emails so there isn't so much hard distinction between the two (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1039583#c1)

Persona auth is going away [0]and as far a I can tell, this wouldn't be relevant anymore.
