I wrote this blog post in the past to document how to setup buildbot, however, I did not spend time to lock the process. [1] Since I wrote that post, some packages have updated and cannot be generated as indicated.

Do you have a docker for buildbot? or documentation on how to set it up locally? Is there a way to ensure that it stays the same over time?
