These t-shirt options do not work for everyone while some women prefer a womens scoop neck and in the past we have offered 4XL for men. Lets solve this by adding a custom shirt option where a Mozillian can put in their own size.
Thanks for reporting Benjamin. We can increase the options if needed. Custom options are hard to proccess automatically later. Please provide with a list of sizes you're missing
Summary: Add Custom Shirt Size Field → Add more t-shirt size options
This is a good opportunity to fix the UI as well. See bug 913196

Well I would add 4XL since this is still sporadically offered and was at Summit but also I know our Fitted and Unisex shirts do not work on many womens bodies and so they prefer scoop neck.

Would it be possible to have a t-shirt comment field that just lists a short blurb below? So women could ask for a scoop neck for instance?
I suggest we simply add XXXX-Large for both Fitted and Straight-cut styles.

The intention of this size information is to inform large t-shirt orders. It's not meant to be the definitive data on what style someone wants or the exact style (like scoop neck). We also know that different shirt manufacturers use different measurements for sizes - there is not a standard Large size.

The person creating the shirt can decide the style of the shirt and coordinate with the people receiving the shirt about other details, as necessary. We don't need to capture that on mozillians.org profiles.

XXX-Large for both would be great.

WhileI disagree - if it is worth capturing fitted vs unisex, then you are already capturing style preference - I do think that Mozillians isn't necessarily the best place to solve this problem either. I could see a review of people's opinions and preferences turning up a need for 3 styles, but ideally first someone takes the time to actually figure out what people actually like to wear before deciding which options to put on the site.

Any action on this? I just got a hoodie sent to me recently was a 2XL somehow someone discerned this was my size from Mozillians.org anyways just another example of swag that will sit on a shelf because sizing.

I agree with what Majken has to say and honestly it seems like the people creating the shirts dont consult who they are sending it to and just make a decision based on Mozillians.org.

Closing this due to mozillians being supplanted by people.mozilla.org, which does not contain a shirt section.
