  1.Make a call then add a call ->merge calls
  2.Add a call again
  3.Hang up MPTY->call screen can not display number and time ->KO

  call screen can  display number and time

I agree, its way too late. 

sync-1 you may have to discuss this with the TAM on our side, may be vance chen(also, cc'ed him on this bug) as the first line of defense on our side. Feel free to email him.
