Steps to reproduce:

There is no shortcut to mute the phone, only a button on the side of the phone to put it down. This button must be holded for a few seconds to reach the minimum sound level.


Actual results:

The user must use the side button to mute the phone.


Expected results:

For example, a long touch on one of the keys of the pad should turn the phone into mute mode.
Finally I found out that a long hold of the upper top button on the ZTE Open C proposes a mute option.
