open browser- open composer - insert an image -save or leave without saving the 
file -double click on image or go to image properties-you cannot get into the 
image map editor at all(the image map section is greyed out.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open composer 
2.insert image 
3.make sure image is in composer 
4.double click on image or go to image properties 
5.try to enter the image map editor(it is greyed out)

Actual Results:  the image map section is greyed out you have no options

Expected Results:  I would think you should be able to open the image map 
editor to edit the image you have put in.

The only thing that composer can do with image maps is remove one if it is
already in there.  

I am marking this invalid.
