I get a bunch of emails every day with with warning. I think it's because of the mofo-integration script running. I think it could be fixed with a mysql 5.5 -> 5.6 upgrade, since no other db complains about high CPU usage.
We should do the upgrade anyway.  I think an easier and faster way to do it instead of the mysql upgrade path AWS prescribes is to just schedule downtime, do a dump, and import to new DB.  That will minimize the time, give us a HA db straight away (instead of a single AZ ex-readslave).
And yes, it is the nightly dump which causes the alert.
Closing this out as we move to deprecate the Webmaker Component.
