Description:
When uses have a contact that has their phone powered off, users will see the Loop app start to initiate the call, however after a few seconds the user will see the call screen disappear and returns the user to the homescreen of the Loop app. Users will not receive any error message regarding the call failed or why the call failed.

Setup: 
- Install the Loop app on two devices from: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/firefoxos-loop-client
- Sign into Loop app using Firefox Accounts

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140811000210
2) On both Devices: Confirm devices have contacts added containing Firefox Account email
3) Device 2: Turn off device
4) Device 1: Select Loop App> Select Contact Icon(base of screen)
5) Device 1: Select Contact to call and observe call attempts to initiate before failing out without messages

Actual:
Users calling a device that is offline does not receive any error messages

Expected:
Users receive an error message when receiving caller is offline

This issue DOES OCCUR on Flame 2.1 (319mb), Flame 2.0 (512mb) Buri 2.1 and Buri 2.0
