Being asked continually for ALT text or a page title is annoying

Please make it stop! Why do I have to click OK twice in a dialog because composer insists I need a title for my page when saving, or for alternate text if I change the properties of an image. Are there other areas like this? Neither of these are useful to me, they are not required by standards, and they just tick me off. A pref that allows me to shut these down, or maybe a "stop asking me" checkbox in the dialog would go a long way towards making this problem go away.

Similar to bug 104232.

Actually a title tag is required to generate a valid html document. The alt attribute is also required for an image tag (besides, it is desirable for accessibility reasons) so both of these prompts are needed. -->invalid
