1053912 - Update button labels on "Account connections" page

The "Account connections" can be reached by associating a new account from the edit profile page.

On this page, one button is provided for each service that can be associated with the account. The buttons are labelled "Sign in with [service]".

We should update the labels to "Connect with [service]" instead.
