I can confirm that this issue is present for many of the languages listed under Settings > Language Should this strings stay in English?

Temporarily moving to locale (af). No, it's not supposed to stay in English. On master I see it correctly localize, need to check on 2.0.

Tested 2.0 on Hamachi, it's localized. So, same question I asked here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1054190#c5
